How To - Create a custom watch face on your Apple Watch

with the new watch OS to update for the Apple watch you can now create custom watch face backgrounds using photos stored on your iPhone to do this you'll first need to sync a photo album on your iPhone with your watch launch the watch app on your iPhone then scroll down and tap on photos next select sync album and pick the album you'd like to store on your Apple watch you can store up to 500 different photos on your watch now on your Apple watch use force touch on your current watch face to select a new one there are two new watch faces that incorporate your photos one option is called photo album this will cycle through all of the pictures stored in the album you sync to the watch every time you lift your wrist and turn on the screen a different photo will appear the second is called photo this lets you just see one photo on the watch face when selecting this option you'll need to select Customize in order to adjust the size and position of your photo use your finger to drag an adjust the positioning of the photo and rotate the digital crown to zoom in and out until it's frame to your liking once you're done press the digital crown admire your new personalized watch face for more tips and tricks like this one be sure to check out how to cnet.com you can also reach out to me on twitter with any questions or comments i'm dan grozny offer CNET thanks for watching
