staying up late and reading on your
iPhone or iPad is actually affecting
your sleep but a new feature in the
upcoming iOS 9.3 software update is
going to help prevent this the feature
called nightshift switches the screen
from emitting bright blue lights to
warmer colors which are easier on your
eyes and allow your body to fall asleep
more natural ears have launched the
Settings app then select display and
brightness tapping the switch next to
the blue light reduction will turn the
feature on but you're better off using
the schedule option this will
automatically turn nightshift on when
the Sun sets toward a specific time of
day using the slider below you can
adjust how drastic the color change is
the warmer the color the better but
choose a level that's comfortable for
