2017-02-27
sony has a pair of new mid-range Android
phones to tempt those of you whose
wallets don't quite stretch to the new
flagship exed premium they call the
xperia x a1 and the XA ultra the X a1 is
the smaller of the two with a 5.2 inch
720p display while the ultra balloons
out with a 6 inch full HD screen bezels
on both phones have been cut down to
tiny slivers allowing the screens to
stretch across the whole front of the
phone aside from the size of the main
specs of the two phones are pretty much
the same
both have 23 megapixel cameras on the
back they both run Android both have 32
gigabytes of storage that can be
expanded with microSD cards they both
charge of USB C and they both have media
tech processors now the phone has any
kind of waterproofing as you'll find on
the flagship nor do they have
fingerprint scanners which will be
disappointing to those of you who want
to make easy Android pay purchases both
the X a 1 and X a ultra will come in
black white gold and rose gold colors
and will be available later this year
although sony hasn't given any specific
timing or indeed price details
