hi I'm Jeff hold I'm the CEO of basis and today we're talking about the new basis band this is a prototype that I'm wearing here the basis band is a watch-like device that has a bunch of sensors underneath it there are aimed at helping you with your wellness so we measure heart rate we measure temperature for your skin and the room that you're in we measure something called galvanic skin response what's help which helps us measure sweat levels and we measure your activity we use an accelerometer like other devices out there to measure how active your being and then this device is then connected to a cloud service where we try to tell you helpful information about your wellness we tell you how many calories you're burning we tell you how active you are we tell you how well you're sleeping and we compare all of that to what you should be doing so that gives you a good idea of what you need to be doing to be healthy and how much of that you're actually doing when does it come out and how much will it be we're aiming for late this year q4 and it'll be a hundred ninety nine dollars thanks do that
