LG's quirky two-in-one washer has a Sidekick

2015-11-17
we saw it first at CES in January and now it's finally here in the CNN studios the LG twins wash washing machine system so that's actually a bit of a misnomer because these are two separate units you can stick basically any front-loading washing-machine up here on the top any LG model that has been manufactured since 2009 and the sidekick model goes underneath so the beauty of this system according to LG at least is that you can kind of mix and match your laundry loads while running them simultaneously so if you want whites and delicates in the bottom drawer and colors in the top you can do that so this top unit here is expected to retail for $1,500 the bottom one will cost a whopping seven hundred and eighty bucks so combined that makes for a pretty pricey laundry solution but both of these products are expected to hit retail on December 20th so stay tuned for our full review of that but for now we just wanted to bring you a quick first look of this neat LG twin wash system thanks for watching a Megan Bullard
