it's Tuesday June first on Marco saya
and it's time to get loaded there are
reports that a new Kindle is on its way
sometime this summer we don't know if
it'll have a touch screen or a color
screen but Bloomberg News reports that
it could be thinner and have a sharper
picture Bangladesh is the latest country
to block facebook / representations of
the Prophet Muhammad this comes just
after pakistan issued a block and then
lifted the block for the same reason a
spokesperson for the bangladesh
telecommunications regulatory commission
said that facebook had quote hurt the
religious sentiments of the country's
majority muslim population and skype
launched skype for iphone with 3g
calling it's free for now but it won't
be for long there will be a monthly fee
for skype to skype calls in August but
we're not sure what the fee will be and
these are voice calls no video chatting
yet and a woman in Utah is suing google
maps walking directions because they
told her to walk into a freeway and she
did where she was subsequently hit by a
car she wants google to pay her a
hundred thousand dollars for this
misguidance even though there is a
disclaimer on Google Maps walking
directions that this is still a beta and
it may not be complete maybe it should
also add a line that says use a little
common sense that's your news for now
we'll be back later today with more
thank you for watching Marco seiya with
cnet TV and you've just been loaded
