hi I'm Sun Rosenblatt for cnet here at CES 2013 we're taking a look at the Lowe's Home integrated system called iris which includes a integrated light bulb that allows complete control from your smartphone or your computer it allows you to avoid having to use plugs you don't have to do any special work to your home system it's a standard plug on the bottom and actually the iris system itself is pretty cool it comes with systems for allowing your pet to control the pet door and that will let you know when the pet is in the house or out of the house I there's a security system and there is a comfort and control system which includes temperature control light controls and so on the light bulbs will be available in a few months lowes has not yet decided on a price point for it but the full kits are available for three hundred dollars reduced kits are available for 179 and there's no long term contract you have a month to month fee and then when you want to bail you can get out that's pretty cool at CES 2013 I'm Seth Rosenblatt
