hello everybody it's Lynn lock from cnet and today we're going to take a quick look at the kyocera event now the event is an entry level 3g smartphone it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and it has a 3.5 inch IPS touchscreen on the back there's a 3.2 megapixel camera and it's powered by a 1.5 amp your hour battery now one of the features that the event has is this thing called magna font which increases the size of your font even more than the standard large size so if you go into display into your settings and click on font size right here and you'll see this as an option right here it's meg is a magnifying loupe slit mania right here and there you can see that all the the words and all the text is extremely large and this is a good phone for you know anyone who's looking for their first smartphone a cheap kind of entry-level handset there is no carry information yet or pricing but it's expected to come out around mid-february again this is the kyocera event and i'm lynn from cnet
