Mogobike electric scooter can charge your gadgets on the go
2015-01-07
here at CES 2015 there are plenty of
options for people that don't like
walking or would prefer an electric
vehicle in their life I'm Lexus avedis
the Cena taking a look at the more go
back this is 100-percent an electric
scooter so it has 2 500 watt motors that
power it it charges through your regular
110 output and you can just plug it in
with this special adapter that's
provided the motorbike also has a top
speed of 20 miles an hour and it has a
range of around 20 miles as well the
lithium-ion batteries will take about
two hours to charge all the way up to
eighty percent and then a five hour
charge for an entirely full charge of
the batteries the brakes are
regenerative so that means that when you
break some of the power is actually fed
back into the battery to keep it running
on the top panel you get information
like how fast you're traveling at the
mileage needed to the next charge and
also the battery level as well there is
a USB port so if you want to charge your
smartphone or other USB device on the go
you
and do that as well and then finally the
motorbike also folds up into a pretty
nice and neat portable size but it is
around 50 pounds when it's packed up
this is lexy suvidha tew/cnet reporting
on the Mogu back here at CES 2015 it
will be available for 1795 dollars when
it goes on sale later this year
