Motorola's Moto G is a really affordable
smartphone it came out in several
iterations before and now a new one is
available starting today can we cost 180
dollars in the US and the difference is
that this now has a 5-inch 720p display
upgraded 13 megapixel rear camera
motomaker compatibles you can pick all
sorts of different designs and it's a
pretty nice little phone it's got a
Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor one
gig or two gigs of RAM microSD card
storage plus you've got a fair amount of
on-board storage not great in the entry
8 gigabytes or 16 gigs and this is going
to be a globally available phone the
idea that you can get on more of the
smartphone and not pay all that much
that's been what's made the Moto G
pretty great before and they're slowly
bumping up the specs to catch up to what
the Moto X have been offering before the
Moto G is an LTE phone and now it's also
water resistant which is a nice plus the
moto g's water resistance is a step
above any other current moto phone it's
ipx7 it can be dunked in a metre of
water for up to 30 minutes into a lot of
people who hadn't seen the Moto X in a
while it's probably going to look like
the Moto X in fact it's really not all
the different from the Moto X from a
couple of years ago I'm Scott Stein here
in New York with the new Moto G from
Motorola and Lenovo
