if you're looking to fill your living
room with sounds the best way to do that
is with the set of four standing
speakers hi I'm Ty Pendlebury and today
I'm looking at the PSB
x1 T's these PSPs are fairly short for a
set of floor standards at only thirty
four and a half inches tall these
speakers come in a black ash wrap and
featured two yellow five inch drivers
which are a composite of ceramic and
polypropylene the tweeter is a partly
shielded one-inch titanium driver the
speakers are ported at the front which
means you can put them close to the
walls without worrying about the sound
getting to boo me at 900 bucks these
speakers are getting into higher-end
territory but unfortunately they're not
up to par with other speakers of the
price they do sound good with acoustic
music and jazz with a very revealing
character but give them something more
strident like rock and roll and they can
sound a little too thin in comparison a
speaker like the SV s prime tower also
sounds good with lighter styles of music
but has a lot more bottom end and hence
is better with a broader range of music
while the PSP's would be perfectly fine
in a home theater situation I'd consider
them more expensive and more talented X
2 T sibling instead this has been ty
