this is Panasonic's pico the evolution of AI and the adorable robot helper that will live in the homes of the future Pico introduce yourself I'm an intelligent desktop robotic assistant I can do many things I can do voice control and interaction I can move independently around your desktop or countertop which is totally awesome I can play movies through my projection system one moment please and that pretty much sums up what it can do how does it do it well it has a series of infrared sensors that detect ledges and obstacles the AI behind Pico is Panasonic's own and can handle natural language processing and can communicate with devices in other locations you may have picked up by the voice that it's also geared to be a helper for kids it comes with its own wireless charging station but the model is still a concept it's expected to be released in five years depending on user feedback
