Polaroid probably isn't a brand you'd
immediately associate with action cams
but CNA marketing which has an exclusive
long-term licensing agreement with
Polaroid has spent the past few years
distributing cameras like this the
Polaroid XS 100 I
I'm Josh Goldblum seen it and despite
not being a big name in the category the
XS 100 I is worth a look since it's a
good deal for what you're getting
it's compact lightweight and waterproof
it has a good accessory package and uses
a standard tripod mount it records video
at up to 1080p at 30 frames per second
or 720p at 60 frames per second shoots
five megapixel stills and more it
records at the flip of a switch and it
has built-in Wi-Fi that lets you
remotely control the camera or view and
download clips with an iOS or Android
device it's not flawless but it mostly
works the biggest downsides are that a
the batteries built-in so once it's dead
you'll have to charge it up again and to
the video while overall good gets pretty
jelly when the camera vibrates so stick
to slow movements and smooth services
and the results are pretty pleasing
especially at YouTube sizes you can
check out the full review at cnet.com
but at less than 180 dollars this is a
good bang for your buck action cam I'm
Josh :
and that's a look at the Polaroid X s
100 I
