Qualcomm and Apple continue their legal
battle Qualcomm and Apple fights so much
you wonder when those two crazy kids

until that happens they will continue to
fight here's what's new on November 30th
Qualcomm filed a request with the US
International Trade Commission to ban
the import and sale of certain I phones
including the iphone 7 8 and 10 that use
Intel's modem in the u.s. iPhones with
Intel's modem from the 18 T and T mobile
networks iPhones that run on Verizon and
Sprint used Qualcomm's modem and would
not be included in the ban y ban the
Intel iPhones because Qualcomm is
accusing Apple of employing Qualcomm
technologies into Intel motives but wait
there's more Qualcomm also filed two
more lawsuits against Apple on Wednesday
November 29th in one suit Qualcomm
alleges that the new iPhone 10 copies
the interface used by the Palm Pre in
2014
Qualcomm purchased several patents from
Palm including tech relating to its
webOS operating system and user
interface one issue is card based
multitasking Qualcomm says Apple copied
ponds patented card schema starting with
iOS 7 in 2013 Qualcomm's complaint went
on to mention a TechCrunch article that
said in the iPhone 10 you're looking at
a little ghost of the free the second
suit alleges Apple infringed on Qualcomm
power-saving patents and machine
