hi now we're looking at samsung's
integration of smart things smart hub
technology into its su HDTVs every
Samsung su HDTV for 2016 is a built-in
smart things Smart Hub that means it can
control up to 200 smart thing devices
all over the house in this demo you can
see you can actually turn on a certain
mood which will change your lighting and
also set to the correct sound mode on
your soundbar as well as the picture
mode on your TV could switch between
normal or cinema when you want to turn
down the lights to enjoy a movie there's
also the ability to work with video
cameras for example if you have a front
door camera and a front door sensor the
TV will alert the sensor that your front
door is open you get a little popup on
your television and then the camera will
turn on and show you what's going on in
your front door so you can observe or
answer the door or not if you don't want
to there's also the ability to work with
a baby camera you can get the baby
monitor right on your television itself
those are a few of the things that the
Smart Hub can do on Samsung's 2016's UHD
TVs those sets will ship with a free USB
dongle that enables this sort of
communication with other Smart Hub
devices Samsung's cheaper non s UHD TVs
will not have the ability to function as
a hub but you can turn them on and off
so they all work with the smart things
universe as well I'm David Katz Meijer
frisina at CES 2016 that's a quick look
at Samsung smartthings smart hub
integration on its su HD TVs
