I'm Jessica belcourt for CNN and this blast from the past is the samsung t 159 for t-mobile now this is a very very basic flip phone as you can see it is all black really not a lot of extra accents or polish so you get what you get the whole design is centered around these large very comfortable and responsive keys on the keyboard so navigation is really great there's a small screen inside its 1 point 8 inches and on the outside is a 1-inch external display this phone is on the 3g network and there is a camera so that's one whistle and one bell it also has a camcorder built in so you can take video with it although the quality will be very poor here on the side unfortunately there is a shared port for the charger and for a headphone so you'll need to have an adapter if you want to listen to music on this phone on the inside you do have your basic organizer tools you can play games on here you can access the web in a pinch although it's not the best format for doing so this phone really is all about making calls and of course there's a little bit of texting on here too because you don't have a full qwerty keyboard you have this alphanumeric keyboard here luckily the calls are excellent on this phone so if you just need something simple and something inexpensive because the T 159 costs 199 99 for a new contract then I do recommend this phone for anything else I'd keep looking I'm jessica's all court for cnet this is the samsung t 159 you
