hey everyone I'm Jessica Dahle court for
CNN this is the Samsung Galaxy core
Prime for Verizon now this is one of the
three cheapest phones you can get on the
carrier and it has specs to match it is
smaller it's got a 4.5 inch display a
fairly low resolution and it's pretty
hard to read outside in daylight but
this is kind of what we expect for a
phone of this caliber
it also has a 5 megapixel camera on the
back but be careful when you take it out
of the box it defaults to a lower
resolution so you're going to have to
Ratchet that back up for better photos
there's also a 2 megapixel camera on the
front the phone is running Android 4.4
of the operating system it gives you
stuff like Google now and all of your
google essentials there is a physical
home key on the bottom and those of you
who are fans of removable batteries will
be very happy that you can take it out
of this one there's expandable storage
as well overall this phone will get the
job done it gives you pretty much
exactly what you expect without any
surprises now there is some competition
on Verizon and with other carriers for
entry-level Android phones so you're
going to want to be sure to check out
all the pros and cons in my review at
