Samson wants to prove you don't need the
latest flagship phone to be trendy its
new a series is perhaps targeting the
younger budget-conscious crowd with a
welcome upgrade in terms of specs and
aesthetics there are three phones in the
series the a3 a5 and a7 in three
different sizes 4.7 inch screen 5.2 and
5.7 inches respectively with the kind of
specs you'd expect from the higher-end
phone at least on the outside
fingerprint scanner check water and dust
resistant check sleek design and USBC
check and check they all have metal
frames with a glass backing and a slight
hint of a curve on the edges in for
trendy colors to choose from the a7 has
more premium features and they slowly go
down the line like the a7 the smaller a5
has a full HD Super AMOLED display and a
1.9 gigahertz octa-core processor and 16
megapixel cameras both on the back and
the front of the phone this means high
resolution selfies but a smaller battery
the a3 is at the bottom with a 720 Super
AMOLED display slightly weaker processor
and a 13 megapixel main and 8 megapixel
front camera all three run Android
marshmallow and have expandable storage
up to 256 gigabytes expect the a7 to be
the most expensive but still cheaper
than any of Samsung's other flagships so
stay tuned for the official pricing
