hello this is Samsung's KS 9500 it's
2016 su HDTV not the very best of the SU
HD TVs and Samsung's lineup at the
second best the 9500 has plenty of
high-end features still it has an edge
lit local dimming display not quite as
good as the full array local display
found on one step up model but otherwise
this thing has all the bells and
whistles it's got a new quantum dot a
display that will produce improved color
according to Samsung it also has a new
screen that's designed for
anti-reflective environment so if you
have a bright room it should really
improve the reflections on the screen
make them a lot less visible a lot less
distracting another improvement Samsung
is made of this TV is its Smart Hub
technology the TV is now a little bit
easier to get connected a little bit
more integrated in terms of all the apps
and other TV sources you can get on here
the TV's all Samsung TVs this year also
are integrated with the undernet of
things so you can actually go in here
and control your smart things devices to
turn on lights set up environments and
things like that of course the real
story here for this particular
television the ks 9500 is the picture
quality it does samsung says it proves
the picture quality quite a bit it's
certified as one of the very best HD our
televisions out there it does not
support Dolby vision however it does
support the open HDR 10 HDR expect so
all things considered we expect this to
be one of the higher performing
televisions in 2016 that's a quick look
at Samsung's KS 9500 I'm David Katz mine
from CES 2016
you
