hey there I'm Sina editor Sarah Mishra
and today I'm taking a first look at the
Sikh thermal smartphone camera want to
see the invisible
this tiny thermal infrared camera can do
that Sikh uses a special lens and
software to capture the infrared waves
that everything around you gives off it
uses those waves to pick up on
temperature differences in your
environment Sikh is an incredibly
versatile tool that you can use for home
repairs cooking and even security the
camera attaches to your Android phone or
iPhone depending on the model you buy
and the accompanying sikh thermal app
lets you see the images it captures
within the app you can take photos
record video and adjust the scene mode
to see different information on the
screen
for instance spot mode shows you the
approximate temperature of whatever's in
the middle of the frame see it costs two
hundred fifty dollars and comes with a
carrying case to store the camera it's a
bit pricey but seeks versatility pays
