hey everybody you're looking at another crazy cool display technology here at CES this is transparent OLED this is a 55 inch OLED screen behind me it's 40 percent transparent that means you can see right through it but you can still project images right onto it of course the main use is going to be for a digital signage and for advertising things like that but if you go right behind this thing you can see right through it of course if you have imagined standing this thing in the middle of a room or something like that you can walk on either side again you can mainly use it for these commercial purposes LG displays showing it here at CES 2016 as a demonstration for the technology and it's the first of its kind it's transparent OLED they also say that it's better than transparent LED LCD because you can again get much better transparency much better light transmission for the display itself Full HD resolution no 4k atom sure that's coming soon I'm sure they're working on larger sizes than this 55 inch this hasn't appeared yet in any commercial application but I'm sure that will happen soon that's a quick look at LG displays transparent OLED concept piece I'm David Katz Marv at CES 2016
