Sharp TV adds dimming and dots

2016-01-06
hi you're looking at sharps best TV at CES 2016 this is a 65-inch curved quantum dot display really an excellent selection of picture quality enhancements it's also has full array local dimming backlight this TV is the nine thousand you it's going to be coming out in the second half of this year for three thousand dollars also many a 70-inch version of this flat again with the full array local dimming and all the fixings for $3,200 same time frame so sharp has really pulled out the stops here the quantum dot display allows really wide color gamut so it's going to be competing with the highest end TVs out there from LG and Samsung but again it's the sharp brand they're calling their quantum dot display spectro stevia's curved so it's not my favorite industrial design but you can actually get the flat version at 70 inches a little bit later in the year some of the nitty gritty this TV hits a thousand nits of brightness which is equal to all at the brightness of any of the other TVs shipping this year it's also UHD Alliance certified so it's going to hit the highest quality standards of HDR playback the set will also be compatible HD our sources from 4k blu-ray the TVs also compared with Amazon streaming HD are service available now unlike past sharp TVs this one doesn't have Android TV but it has sharps proprietary homebrew system for Smart TV which includes all the apps you'd expect that's a quick look at sharps n 9000 u flagship television at CES 2016 I'm David cat smart Pristina
