hey guys so it has been two weeks that I
have been testing the it bed by Sleep
Number and I thought I would give you a
quick tour of the bed itself and of the
app so you can see it up close for
yourself alright so here's the bed I
took off the sheets and pillows and
everything so you get a better sense of
what it looks like but the mattress
itself is a memory foam style and
underneath here is the valve that pumps
air into each of the two sides so that
just hangs out at the foot of the bed
and then over here to the app this is my
sleep score from last night I got an 83
you can see my average heart and
breathing rate as well as a chart with
details you can also look at monthly and
weekly averages so we'll get into that
probably as I test this a little more
and then you can also look at trends so
this is where it gets cool it's pulling
in temperature data from the nest
thermostat and if you hop over to my
husband Kevin's side it's pulling in
data from the Fitbit he's been wearing
so that was just a very quick look of
the Sleep Number bed and app and what
they can do it's exciting that I'm
trying to see actual integrations
kicking in with the nest thermostat and
the Fitbit but I hope to see more in the
coming weeks so stay tuned
