hi I'm Scott Steiner CES 2013 in Las
Vegas and one of these stories maybe
these story going on two laptops after
Windows 8 is really touch and the fact
that touch is filtering its way slowly
but surely into laptops that you may be
familiar with and have wanted touch in
before prime example the Lenovo IdeaPad
u310 which now is a touch option it's
also in the u14 which is the slightly
larger one these are ultrabooks with
your standard set of features the u410
does have discrete Nvidia graphics you
just have 1600 x 900 displays they have
a solid metal design very comfortable
and 10-point multi-touch right over here
as you'd expect there's going to be
available in spring starting at seven
seventy-nine for the u310 touch 854 the
u410 and touches not just for ultrabooks
the lenovo ideapad z400 and z500 laptops
are full-featured 14 and 15 inch laptops
with NVIDIA discrete graphics backlit
keyboards screen displays up to 1080p
optical drives and of course 10-point
multi-touch as well these are going to
be available in the spring starting at
699 they have a pretty sleek design
that's a story of CES touch touch
everywhere everywhere but that's not
really such a bad thing is it I mean
it's useful feature i'm scott stein at
cnet for CES 2013
