David Katz Maron herein Sony's booth at CES 2014 and behind me you can see this thing looks a little like a credenza this white piece of furniture is actually a projector the thing kind of pops up in the middle here and it can produce 147 inch screen this projector uses laser technology based on Sony's SX Rd projection technology 4k resolution and the screen again can get 147 inches just by being a few inches from the wall here Sony's envisioning this as a sort of lifestyle piece that can sit in the room and be really stealthy there's actually cabinets built into either side where you can store your components and there's even built in speakers on this product this is actually going to ship this summer for thirty to forty thousand dollars so it is a real product and we're the coolest you've seen a CES so far let's look at Sony's ultra short throw UHD 4k projector I'm David Katz my receipt
