hi I'm looking at Sony's newest HDR TV
for 2016 this is the xbr x9 30 d this
television is 65 inch behind me it's
also available in a 55 inch the real
deal in this television is it's
extremely thin if you look at it from
the side really a very thin design sony
has not actually published the final
spec on how thin however but i mean
that's about as thick as a phone maybe a
little bit thicker of course the top is
a little bit thinner than the bottom but
you get the idea it's a really nice slim
design especially when you hang it on
the wall
another feature this TV is the HDR
compatibility like a lot of TV's at CES
2016 this year it'll handle new HDR
content which gives you better brighter
colors and also better black levels so
you can play that content make it look
spectacular of course it doesn't have
the full array local dimming backlight
found on some other TVs including the
step-up 75 inch Sony so it's not going
to be quite as good-looking as some of
those other HDR TVs but it should be
pretty good picture quality we'll see
how much that thinness effects that
picture that's a quick look at Sony's XP
rx
