this is my office everybody Facebook now
lets you stream live in 360 degrees it's
easy if you have a compatible camera
including the new Samsung gear 360 and
Jerr optic IO it even works with a
$45,000 Nokia ozo but if you don't own
one of these specific 360 cameras you
can still stream live more on that later
here's how to go live with one of the
compatible cameras the insta 360 the
process will be similar for the others
too
first make sure you have the latest
version of the insta 360 app and
Facebook on your phone from the camera
screen tap the TV icon and then choose
Facebook live
select vine to Facebook to link your
account and then set the privacy level
for the stream you can also broadcast
360 to any groups or pages you manage
enter a title and confirm then hit the
big red live button to start
broadcasting grab five people watching
it's amazing we're just sitting here
when you're broadcasting you get a view
count comments and likes just like a
regular Facebook live if you're viewing
the 360 broadcast just tilt the phone or
drag on the screen to spin around you'll
need a strong connection to make sure
things don't look blocky
Facebook recommends at least 4 megabits
per second the camera app might also let
you adjust the streaming bitrate too and
if you don't have one of those specific
cameras mentioned earlier you can go to
facebook.com slash live slash create to
generate a server URL and here you can
use in many other cameras
