hi everybody it's tim stevens with seen it here at the microsoft surface 2 event but company just unveiled shooted tablets and little slew of new keyboards but one of the most interesting things was the surface remix project this is a new type of touch cover that will attach onto your surface pro 2 or surface 2 or even the older surfaces and basically give you a simplified set of DJ like controls is a grid of 16 icons eve used to turn on and turn off tracks three volume controls and play and pause controls as well the idea is that you can do simple DJ controls but really the bigger idea is that Microsoft is trying to push forward new uses for their surface tablets they showed a short video a student is kind of coming up with new and obscene things you could do with different type covers full keyboards from playing the piano on that sort of thing so it's exciting to think about what Microsoft could do in the future and this is just the first step again it's called the Microsoft Surface remix project and they say it's gonna be available on the twenty-second along with the new surface 2 and the surface pro 2 again this is to Messina talking about the Microsoft Surface remix project
