hi I'm Seth Rosenblatt welcome to tap that app today I'm going to show you a really cool app from Marvel Comics Marvel's new augmented reality it's kind of like DVD extras for your comic book we're going to jump in the app picks up on the image and shows you some predetermined content based on what Marvel's editors want you to see other extras include Marvel editors and Marvel writers giving commentary on the comic book as you flip through it first mightiest heroes The Avengers the children of the atom d x-men in addition you'll be able to see certain panels from pencil art all the way through to the colored stage so I think the extras are actually really cool but it's a little awkward to hold the iPad and read the comic at the same time waiting for the activation icon to show up other than that though I think it's a pretty cool idea and it's a pretty good start the first comic that this is going to work with is going to be Avengers vs. x-men number one coming out the first week of April for tap that app I'm Seth rosin
