how much can you stand add if it knocks
fifty dollars off your phone will you be
able to tolerate it then that's
basically what the blue are one HD phone
boils down to available through
e-commerce giant Amazon the r-1 HD costs
a hundred dollars for the eight gig
variant and 110 dollars for the 16 gig
version but that price drops to fifty
and sixty dollars if you allow ads to
run on your handset these ads appear
only on the lock screen and can be as
small as a notification that you can
swipe away or as big as a whole screen
the device also comes preloaded with a
bunch of Amazon apps and a removable
widget that displays daily deals on
amazon in terms of specs the phone runs
android 6.0 our shmellow has a 5-inch
720 pixel display and a 1 point 3
gigahertz quad-core processor on the
back there's an 8 megapixel shooter and
on the front is a 5 megapixel camera
with a flash but I did run into a few
drawbacks it can be laggy it's 2.5
ampere our battery takes a long time to
charge and the audio speakers volume is
low when you make calls at its full
retail price the handset isn't really
worth it especially when there are
several other phones available at the
same price range like a samsung galaxy
j3 the ZTE zmax Pro and the motorola
moto g however if you do get the version
with the ads these compromises may be
worth it if all you're going to pay is
fifty or sixty dollars for more on the
