hi guys this is the EXO dear eight seven
nine Wi-Fi router from dealing now look
at it it's kind of nice nice color and
nice design I can play with this
collapsible antennas here all day
okay maybe five minutes read out what I
mean is fast - in my testing you
actually want the fastest AC 1900 router
on the market and it has a very good
range - unfortunately it has a rather
buggy firmware for example if you use
the smart connect feature that come by
the 2.4 gigahertz and foggy hood bands
into a single Wi-Fi network the
performance was as good as if you use
two separate Wi-Fi networks one for each
band also in my trial sometime it's
randomly disconnected itself from the
internet with no reason and require
restart or a repair now this did not
happen consistently and might never
happen to you but when it happened it
sure is annoying
now the dr8 7i here share a similar
feature and web user interface as
previous router from dealing the
interface is easy to you and squared for
home user who want to get it up and
running fast but for savvy user who want
to customize the whole network to the
max is kind of lacking a little bit also
this one here is a feel free router it
has just the regular usual four Gigabit
LAN port and one gigabit one or Internet
port that's no USB port or SD card slot
as far in some other dealing very so all
things considered this one here at the
cost of $140 can be a good buy as long
as you believe that it would get better
view of future firmware upgrade which I
do because I'm an optimist you see I
don't care if the glass is half-full
I like it empty because then I can fill
it with copier and then immediately
empty the game and that's because I'm
Domo and it's summertime
