hey guys is eric franklin from cnet I'm in San Francisco and today I'm taking a first look at dell's new line of XPS laptops Dell claims the new XPS 11 is the thinnest two and one yet and at 2.5 pounds with a 0.6 inch thickness the hybrid probably won't have trouble living up to that claim the tablet features a very Lenovo yoga light design it can be used as a laptop tablet or put in a downward-facing dog position the display measures 11.6 inches and features a sharp 2560 x 1440 resolution touchscreen there are dual USB 3.0 on the side hdmi and a full-size SD card slot the device looks slick and I especially love how the matte grey Keys contrasts with the glossy black trim between them the XPS 12 issues yoga poses in favor of a swivel enabling hinge on either side of the display that allows the screen to flip back 180 degrees then the screen can be folded down to create a functional but rather girthy tablet it features a full tactile keyboard and a lower in 1920 x 1200 resolution screen look for more on both the XPS 11 and 12 soon i'm eric franklin and this has been a first look at the dell XPS 11 and 12
