hi I'm ty Pendlebury from CNET and this
is a review of the Sony BX 330 TV
despite the existence of 70 80 and even
90 inch televisions the most popular
size is still 32 inches and the Sony kdl
32 bx 330 is a fairly good example of
what's available as this is a budget LCD
TV it's fairly bare bones and this
includes the design the sony comes with
a fairly thick black bezel and a fact
that appears slim but then kicks out at
the bottom in addition the remote is
probably the most basic we've seen this
year in terms of features it's very
light on with only two HDMI ports and a
PC input to really speak of but if
you're buying a Sony it's because you're
expecting a good picture and it mostly
delivers that while rival Samsung eh
4000 outperforms it on all counts the
sony is able to dredge up ok blacks and
shadow detail for its size and color is
also pretty good but just skin tone is a
little off the best that I can say about
it is that off axis viewing is the best
of all the 32 inch TVs that I tried and
a bit over $300 you're getting a decent
TV and the ability to connect a PC means
it could work well on a desktop as well
but I still think the Samsung eh 4000
this has been ty Pendlebury foreseen it
