and today we're taking a first look at
the HTC droid DNA for Verizon Wireless
this much-hyped handset costs 199 99 is
now available for pre-order and
officially ships on November 21st just
in time to spice up the holiday season
you may ask what's so special about the
droid DNA well Lots first the Android
handset features a big 5 inch super lcd3
screen that's bright and boasts a sharp
1080p resolution which HTC claims
translates into 440 pixels per inch
second this super phone is positively
packed with cutting-edge hardware and
software running Android for dot one
jellybean the droid DNA is powered by a
fire-breathing 1.5 gigahertz quad-core
Snapdragon s4 pro processor for memory
there's a roomie 2 gigabytes of RAM and
16 gigabytes of internal storage thirdly
the droid DNA has killer good looks at
point three eight inch thick and a mayor
point 16 inch thick at its thinnest
point this phone is extremely trim what
further enhances the droid DNA is wafer
like dimensions is how two displays
glass extends to the handsets edges clad
in black and trimmed with red metallic
stripes on either side the DNA also has
a futuristic style all its own above the
screen is a 2-megapixel front-facing
camera capable of shooting video at
1080p HD a tiny notification light sits

card slot around the back is the DNA is
8 megapixel camera and LED flash there's

beats audio processing technology the
latest cents for plus user interface and
connection to Verizon's 4G LTE data
network you can even charge the phone
wirelessly if you have a charging
station that uses the Qi standard handy
the droid DNA comes with a
very good 8 megapixel camera that's
packed with many features and shooting
modes such as an HDR mode panorama
continuous shooting and the ability to
snap shots while recording video so far
this phone looks like the verizon device
to beat this holiday season but to be
