if you're not tracking prices after you
buy big-ticket items you're doing at
home when we think of price tracking we
usually think of the pre-purchase phase
where you're waiting for a price to drop
or for a coupon to appear but what's
equally important is price tracking
after you buy a product here's why many
retailers will match price drops within
the return period check out best buy's
policy if we lower our price during the
return and exchange period we will match
our lower price upon request and since
many retailers like best buy and target
price match other stores like amazon you
may need to be able to get money back
when other retailers drop their prices
the best way to track these prices is to
use websites that automatically do the
tracking for you for instance camel
camel camel tracks amazon prices and
price zombie is a browser extension that
tracks prices from around the web there
are some exceptions though some
retailers have blackout dates especially
a few days around Thanksgiving so read
the fine print before you demand a price
adjustment and now you're doing it right
