I'm Scott Steinem this is a look at the
toshiba satellite p84 5t a laptop coming
out in time for windows 8 launched on
october 26
how much touch do you won on your laptop
that's a question
once you install windows that you may be
asking yourself there are certainly
Ultra portables convertible tablets
regular old-fashioned laptops and in the
case of this satellite P just adding
touch on to that screen now the
capacitive touch works the same way
you'd expect as on a tablet it's got a
14-inch 1366 by 768 display you've got
your basic Core i5 processor inside six
gigs of ram a 750 gigabyte hard drive
this is a full-fledged laptop but it
does have a touch display along with
some bells and whistles like Harman
Kardon speakers it feels comfortable but
the question is would you be
would you like to reach across and touch
that screen across a keyboard and a
trackpad the rest is what you'd expect
in a laptop and believe me you're going
to see a lot of laptops this fall that
have touchscreens the question is will
you want to pay up for them or will they
be surprisingly affordable compared to
the alternative I'm Scott signing this a
quick look at these satellite p84 5 T
from Toshiba
