on its surface it just looks like a pressure cooker but the Breville fast Lowepro can do a lot more this multi-purpose cooker can saute reduce and slow cook along with pressure cooking for some really fast food now I really like the multi functionality of this unit but it was a little finicky to mess with especially when you had to get that perfect seal to pressure cook food for $250 you wouldn't think that you'd have to tighten the lid as much as I ended up having to now one thing I really liked about the Breville was your ability to see or meet before you either slow cook it or pressure cook it so you can lock in those flavors for some really good meat but it had a few problems for example the slow cook function only works for 12 hours so you can't do a long all-day cook for chili or nice big cut of meat and the Breville will only keep food warm for a certain amount of time so you really need to make sure that you're not leaving this all day or all night to cook or else you might come back to a unit that's completely shut down but if you put the problems aside the Breville fast-slow Pro is a really cool appliance because it's like five appliances in
