at first glance it looks like a game but
this is actually the home screen of a
kids tablet instead of rows of app icons
Verizon's gizmo tab has kids navigate
applications by putting them in
different themed islands this Android
tablet takes a fresh approach to
creating a kid-friendly interface for
children with a home screen that has the
feel of a Sims world the map shows eight
different islands each with a different
theme for its apps head to the school
for educational games and books or warp
on over to the arcade to play games the
tablet comes pre-loaded with more than
300 kids apps ready to go for your
children to use all which were approved
by parenting and teaching experts
parents can also adjust the settings so
that your kids have to learn to earn
play time and limit how long each child
can use the tablet and here's a quick
tip for parents when your kids aren't
using the gizmo tab you can actually
revert it back to a fully functional
