it seems like only five minutes ago
you'd be forking out a few hundred bucks
for a 4g phone with a high-definition
screen and an eight-core processor but
times have changed and now you get all
that in the new lenovo vibe k 5 plus 4
just 149 dollars it's on sale in
emerging markets so you won't be able to
buy in the US or most of Europe but if
you're in parts of Asia India or South
America and you have 150 bucks to spare
the k5 plus looks like a solid android
phone and if your little short there's
also a slightly cheaper version just
called the k5 that has a lower power
processor and a 720p screen the two
phones come in silver grey or champagne
gold they're identical from the outside
with a metal back and chrome band around
the edge that makes it look more than a
little like an iPhone the back comes off
so you can swap out the battery add a
memory card and stick in one or two sim
cards so you can have your business and
personal number in the same phone both
the k5 and k5 bus have octa core
Qualcomm processes running android 5.1
lollipop with a fairly light lenovo skin
on top one bonus feature is Dolby Atmos
surround sound which sends the nuance
the sound from your movies and music
moving from ear to ear
