hey I'm senath right Chris live at the tech West stage at CES here at the ANOVA precision cooker now this is a sous vide circulator that heats water to a very precise temperature using a coiled up heating element a thermometer and a circulation fan that's going to keep that nice and consistent and then you're going to drop in your vacuum sealed ingredients like the salmon I've got here the cool thing about it is that it's Bluetooth powered so you can dial up the innova app this is coming to the App Store by the end of the month and you can just pull up your recipe so if a lot of this basil ginger olive oil poached salmon tells me exactly the temperature I need and the time I hit play it goes right to the cooker itself starts to heat up does it all for you just like that pretty soon you've got a well cooked fish that you can enjoy with your family also one of the big announcements from Innova here at CES they're adding a Wi-Fi cooker this summer the Wi-Fi cooker is going to add a full color touchscreen display that's a lot like the app right onto the cooker itself it's also going to have a couple new design features like a pivoting head and a more robust design that's capable of better temperature management a wider range of temperatures so we're looking forward to that 2015 here at tech West for CES I'm right Chris thanks for watching
