does another need Wi-Fi Samsung is making a case for it with this new line of connected appliances so this Samsung range is 2 nd 5 8 k 9 8 v 0 WG which is an electric slide-in model equipped with Wi-Fi so you can control some of its functions remotely we've seen connectivity and other brands such as LG GE and whirlpool which have apps that will tell you what the oven temperature is let you set oven timers and let you control the oven remotely Samsung changes the game a little bit by adding cooktop notifications so your app can tell you if your oven cooktop is still on I started testing this range and I find that the app is pretty responsive to the sparks it can be a little tricky to get the oven connected to your Wi-Fi but once it is the app and the oven are both really easy to use I've got more testing to do but we thought you guys might like to see this oven and it's Wi-Fi capabilities be sure to check back for the full review
