determined that Google infringed on
Oracle's Java language when it made the
Android operating system but the jury
couldn't decide if Google is protected
under the fair use doctrine now because
the jury couldn't come to a full
decision Google's lawyers are asking for
a mistrial and legal experts say Google
might not have to pay a big feed Oracle

two-part trial against Google in other
