if you want better sound for your TV you
don't need to spend very much and the
Yamaha way a s106 sambar is proof this
$200 Yamaha offers features you won't
usually see at the price including HDMI
inputs and both Dolby and DTS decoding
if you have a 4k TV it will pass 4k and
HDR material without problem as well as
a CMA it also comes with optical in
analog and Bluetooth so you should be
able to connect most sources without an
issue while it lacks a subwoofer it does
have two base woofers and a separate
subwoofer output if you want even more
bass the sound bar comes with a cute
little remote control that is a step
above most credit card remotes you see
these days but features are nothing if
the performance is poor but the Yamaha
does this well too though it lacks the
precise sound projectors of the
company's more expensive sound bars it
does have a really wide sound field both
movies have music sound larger than life
and yet fully detailed sure you do miss
something in the bottom register for
action movies but Yamaha offers
subwoofers from about 100 bucks more if
you want that at the price there isn't
much that competes with the y.a s106 and
as a result it's one of the best
entry-level sound bars you can get
