slightly on the ends and pull straight out again we're good smooth control that's going to get the most out of this exercise now let's go into the Super seven exercises force exercise recover are the chest back double flex moves you can close together then pull it apart nice and easy and again now we add a squat if you want to add more resistance we decided the flex pack but right now add in the lower body can engage more muscles next bicep curls this exercise are going to rotate your left arm to your right shoulder extending your right arm let's curl up and squeeze at the top and also alternate if you like to bring both arms on the play tricep extensions we're going to flip this around I want to start with the flex packs facing you from this position here to tuck your right arm to your right shoulder and then extend out then if you want to transition if you can go alternate arms the next exercise we're going to do shoulders and back for this one we're going to anchor in front bring your arm down and straight arm and then up in front I level it's worse your lats and the front of your shoulders and again you can alternate any of these exercises very simply next exercise are ab crunches and for this again you can snap on more flex packs if you like we're going to have a seat on a ball on a chair anything that's stable you're going to anchor the double flex between your legs grab the other end by the chin and exhale as you crunch down nice and easy and the next exercise are going to be inner thigh again having a seat on the chair or a ball get secure the double flex between the legs at the knees is going to bring it in to meet in the middle now the double clicks also has a door attachment for what exercises that you want to do now hold up a level of exercises by anchoring this in a door to do single arm movements as well double flex also has ankle attachments and for these ankle attachments you want to be sure that when you put these on we slide this red portion all the way up to the top class before you attach it to your angles remove the end caps just twist to the left and pop over now for the inner outer thigh you want to keep your feet elevated
