hey everyone this is steve from gamers
nexus night we were here at valves booth
at GDC 2015 this is day 3 we're moving
to pax east in the next few days so stay
tuned to the channel for more
information on that right now we're in
front of a massive wall of hardware
these are the new steam machines which
have finally been set to come to market
in the near future including the
controller which is now finalized so
that is the the haptic feedback
controller that many of you have heard
of and that is included with a few of
these if it's not included some of the
cheaper ones it may not be it's about
$50 we've got a couple companies that
you'll recognize here including cyber
which is a cyber power company they make
the vapor this is the exact vapor I
already reviewed on the channel and same
specs for the most part is available
with AMD and Intel skews available at
the we tested the 47 90k I believe and
that is what this one has here there's
also so text new SN 970 which is in the
same zbox family just moving to a steam
machine sku so it's no longer the en
skew and 970 of course indicating that
it uses a GTX 970 I believe mobile chip
and it's got an a350 10 CPU so it is a
lower skew Intel a chip on it and it's
that is a dual-core chip this is a bill
about a thousand dollars the cyber range
is 500 to 1400 couple other systems here
including main gear digital storm origin
all those guys we've also got the
alienware alpha which has been rebranded
the the name is not finalized now it
used to be called the Alpha and that is
next to the gigabyte brix Pro which
we've posted about several times over
the last two years seeing it at CES 2014
i believe the cheapest steam machine
that we have here is four hundred eighty
dollars it ranges all the way up to five
thousand dollars the Falcon Northwest
Tiki and that is available with the
Titans e-class video cards but it also
ships with 900 series cards and those
are not fully specified so it will be
whatever 900 series cards are shipped
later in the year by Nvidia most likely
but definitely includes the 970 and
probably the 960 so that's a lot of the
steam machines check the link in the
description below for full specs and the
table benchmarks are already present on
this and any device that uses an i5 i7
or GTX processor of some sort we have
benchmarks on those on the site so
that's all
known information this is not
necessarily new hardware but it is a new
implementation of that hardware and some
of them do include the steam controller
for for the actual steam machine so that
is valves booth we will see you all next
time
