hardware canucks CES coverage is made
possible by our partner Nvidia it is
also made possible thanks to Corsair
fantex
and NCI X every year in wind comes out
with some totally weird signature case
that is not really meant for the mass
market but instead kind of show the
casual consumers how they are different
and this year it's the H frame 2.0 it
follows in the footsteps of the original
H frame and since how open it is
the frame is combined via these aluminum
plates that make up the structure of the
case without anything in between the
plates giving the H frame a totally
unique look and feel I particularly love
the illuminated strips at the front that
can - are perfectly well to the shape of
that front panel and help to highlight
the in wind text on the side one of the
really cool features about the tempered
glass panels is the mirror effect so
when there is lighting on the interior
the glass seem to be transparent but
once you turn off those lights the plane
or the glass turns pretty much into a
mirror with a really awesome reflective
effect the same can be found on this
1060 five watt power supply very strange
number there which was made specifically
for the H frame 2.0 the glass side piece
is transparent and components can be
visible on the inside as this orange
illumination shines through but turn the
unit off and now we have a totally
reflective surface looks really nice on
the inside of the case it isn't anything
super special they just installed a 240
mm in a radiator at the top with triple
fans for exhausting air and because the
case is very open it's an open concept
there are no intake fans anywhere the
drive cage is actually part of the frame
which I find really awesome with these
slide-out caddies but it looks like you
can also populate SSDs on top of it and
also with dedicated spots for mounting
below that reservoir so overall as a
signature case I like it there's a
certain unique vibe with this open
concept and the mirrored glass panels
plus a filled io with USB type-c and
ability to control brightness of the
lighting and the remains in character
even with these gold and thumb screws
the tie in with the whole theme so
has been the H frame 2.0 from n win let
us know if you like a full view of
something like this and we'll do our
best to make it happen
