okay so the fuel filter on a Toyota
Tacoma is right underneath the driver's
side door it's this guy right here and
it's right next to the transfer case so
basically I got to do is unscrew with
these bolts there's two one on either
side and get this bracket off and slide
the new one into place to get this bolt
undone I remember that the gas line is
under pressure so it's going to let out
probably like about a half a cup of gas
I'll just be ready for that and then as
you can see on this side of it
the person who did this before me kind
of strip that nut so I'm going to try to
do right now is get a 19 millimeter
wrench on this end on the black part of
it and a 14 millimeter end on that and
see if I can just twist them apart
hopefully that way works or not this
Center here pulled out easier and
there's a little there's less of it
sticking inside the filter so I've
pulled that end out and the whole thing
just slid apart and the next thing you
just got to make sure is that the arrow
on the filter is always pointing away
from the gas tank so it's filtering that
the fuel from the tank and spitting it
out into the engine so I'm going to pop
this in first and then the other end and
then that just bracket it in just like
it was before
I mean you all installed and ready to go
