hey what's up everyone this is Todd Hazleton from TechnoBuffalo Samsung just announced the Galaxy s6 edge and I have next to it the Galaxy Note edge so I just wanted to show you a comparison a little bit here on how they stack up to one another you can see the edge on the note edges a lot more pronounced they're a lot more round and obviously it's only on one side and then on this phone it sort of just bends over just ever so slightly on both sides of the display here so it's still 5.1 inch display just like the galaxy s6 but this just has the rounded edges and there are some special features you can pull in from the side to see missed calls quickly contact somebody or see your favorite contacts features that aren't available on this which instead relies on these sort of folders of side apps and stuff and you can't really get the shortcut folders on this phone at least not yet and I don't think that Samsung has any plans to add that in the future instead it's more of just an area to to grab quick things and with that the display on the Galaxy hedge has its own app store and apps and those are not available not even supported on the galaxy s6 edge so a quick look at the device home button changed a bit on the galaxy s6 edge it can be tapped lightly to register your fingerprint on this one he's felt to swipe also the speaker is on the bottom of the galaxy s6 edge while it's not on the Note edge left hand side you can see the metal nice metal hinges here we're not hinges the metal accents on the side of the Note edge and here we have the aluminum body so real upgrade I'd say on the on the galaxy s6 edge up top still of the IR blaster but the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack on this one is obviously on the bottom back similar cameras obviously this is getting really fingerprint T I'm even gonna just wipe it off real quick real fingerprint see here but similar camera Samsung just so they boosted some of the software performance and stuff on the galaxy s6 edge and then the power button here on the right where you can see that this one the edge literally goes all the way to this sort of plastic border so a big difference there any case just wanted to give you a quick look here at the galaxy s6 edge compared to the Galaxy Note edge this is Todd asel tonneau Buffalo
