Note 5 vs Note 4: Should you upgrade?

2015-08-13
hey guys this is Todd Hazleton from TechnoBuffalo I just wanted to quickly show you a comparison between the last year's Galaxy Note 4 mine starting to show its age already and the galaxy note 5 this year's model so you can see where Samsung has made a lot of its changes and particularly in industrial design last year we were met with that the nice metal edges but we still the plastic removable back removable storage which is nice in some cases but now you get the glass which I really like and you also have the nice aluminum border that we saw with the galaxy s6 and galaxy s6 edge first you've got the payments through the home button the better fingerprint reader as before it didn't work as well I'd say now you can sort just hang out your finger on it and it'll work much better 16 megapixel camera the same one we saw in the galaxy s6 earlier this year you now have a 5 megapixel camera up front versus I believe the 3.5 or 3.6 megapixel camera we had last year of a font 5.7 inch quad HD display and then you also have a brand new S Pen so let's just quickly show you on the bottom last year's s-pen you would pull that with a fingernail right there as you can see and this year check this out I'm gonna let that one go this year you just pop it with your finger and it pops right out of there and then you can just pull it and then you just pop it back in which is pretty neat function so I just want to show you quickly how it stacks up quite literally to last year's model I'd say the industrial design has improved the hardware is improved really an awesome device now my only complaint I would say right now is that it doesn't have the expandable storage and given that you're getting either 32 or 64 gigabytes that might be an issue for some folks that prefer to get as much storage as they want any case quick look here Galaxy Note 5 versus the Galaxy Note 4 this is Todd Hazleton from techno-bubble
