Rage: First Gameplay & Impressions

2011-10-05
what's up internet Kevin here would Texas lunch and dinner bringing you our first our impressions of rage for the xbox 360 ps3 and pc now the game takes absolutely no time throwing into the action as quickly as possible you wake up from a deep sleep get attacked by some mutants John Goodman saves you from said mutants and then gives you a pistol and tells to kill a bunch of people for him now so far the game plays as a full-on FPS game but with free roam elements there's a large area that you can explore your given missions from different people both for the main story and side quests you have vehicles where you can just drive around and explore the area in that's really is it as far as like RPG light elements go there are no forms of character customization learning like that you just have all your different guns and just shoot everything in your path there is a basic crafting system that just involves making just really simple items that you make you so for instance bandages for healing yourself or lock breakers to get through lock doors but outside of that the game is really just a straight-up FPS thus far I haven't seen too much to separate it all I will say I do really enjoy the graphic style and art style this it reminds me of sort of a Borderlands type thing with a lot more detail and kind of gritty edge to it now of course this is only my experience from the first hour I have yet to try out any of the co-op or multiplayer modes and I'm just in the very beginning of the campaign so once it get farther all that you guys know my full thoughts in the full review later on till then i'm kevin for TLD thanks for watching
